Professional Expertise of Jonathan Rubeck • Jonathan Rubeck has been working for a firm called D&R Associates Inc. for 10 years. • He joined the firm in May 2010 and is currently working at the position of a Research Analyst. • His work requires him to find qualified applicants to fill the open job positions while using different sourcing websites such as Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. • Other than that, he also phone screens the applicants for preliminary information and then passes them on to a placement manager.
