Jonathan Rubeck is a Research Analyst at D&R Associates Inc. • Jonathan Rubeck joined the company back in May 2010 as a computer technician for which he was responsible for fixing computer errors and deleting viruses. • Alongside, he also worked as a computer input operator and updated all candidates in computer system. • He works with individuals in the tax and accounting fields and helps recruit people to get them better jobs with more compensation and upward mobility.

Pertaining to His Key Responsibilities • He works to find the right applicants to fill open jobs using sourcing websites and phone screening the applicants for preliminary information before passing them on to a placement management for the next round of interview. • He has been associated with the company for over a decade and has handled a variety of roles, including that of a recruiter, computer input operator, and computer technician. • Overall, he is an experienced professional who is best known for his efficiency at organizing his work to maximum productivity.
