He is working at the position of a Research Analyst where he finds qualified applicants to fill the open job positions while using different sourcing websites such as Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. He also phone screens the applicants for preliminary information and then passes them on to a placement manager. He was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to Colorado with his family at the age of 16.
