  1. Jonathan Rubeck’s Job at D&R Associates, Inc. Involves Finding Qualified Applicants to Fill Open Jobs Working with D&R Associates, Inc. as a research analyst since October 2014, Jonathan Rubeck is responsible for finding qualified applicants to fill open jobs. And for this, he uses many different sourcing websites, such as Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. He thoroughly phone screens the applicants for preliminary information and then passes them on to a placement manager. Before being promoted to his current position in the company, Rubeck served as a recruiter for a year (August 2013 to October 2014) making cold calls to potential applicants for enticing them to change positions.

  2. Jonathan Rubeck joined D&R Associates, Inc. in May 2010 as a computer technician with duties, such as fixing computer errors and deleting viruses for the company. The same time, he also joined as a computer input operator and was responsible for updating all candidates in computer system. Coming from a close-knit family, Rubeck always had the support of his parents to pursue his dreams. Currently, he lives with them in Colorado where he moved from Connecticut in 2011 at the age of sixteen. Besides his parents, he is very close to his siblings and his grandmother who lives in New York City.

  3. Talking about Jonathan Rubeck’s academic background, he is a Presidential Award and Golden Key recipient, and has been honored by the National Honor Society. Currently, he is awaiting his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (with a Minor in Sociology) from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He has also won a number of medals for downhill skiing and trophies for his baseball and bowling abilities. When not occupied with professional commitments, Rubeck likes to devote his time to charity work and enjoy his hobbies, like playing chess, skiing, cooking, reading biographies of famous people, bowling in leagues, hiking, and playing with his dog.
