  25. HONORS COURSE REQUIREMENTS • A’s or B’s in the current core class • TCAP Scores from 7th grade (Mid-Proficient or above) • Teacher Recommendation • STUDENT MUST REQUEST THE CLASS ON THE COURSE REGISTRATION FORM AND PARENTS MUST SIGN THE FORM Make sure to circle the correct level

  28. SPORTS AT THE COLLEGE LEVEL Ifyou are planning to compete in sports at the college level, you must meet NCAA eligibility requirements. http://eligibilitycenter.org *Not all high school courses are NCAA approved. See the NHS website for more information.

  29. Completing Your Registration Form • Refer to the checklist on the back of your form • Fill out Registration Form completely. All boxes should be filled. List alternates in priority order in the boxes on the lower half of your form. • Get a parent / guardian signature. • Enter your requests on Infinite Campus • This FRIDAY, February 7th, bring your form back to Sunset so that they can be double checked in computer labs
