  2. At the present time, one of the key role of stable development of economy is development of small and medium business, its cooperation and internationalization. In order for SME to be ready for challenges on new markets, they are to be well informed about conditions and own possibilities. The goal of the program is to prepare the activity of international SME for Russian market specificity and provide them possible strategies of market entry. Brief description of project contents

  3. METHODOLOGY OF PROJECT REALIZATION The aim of the program: to prepare foreign SME enterprises to be ready to enter Russian market Number of participant enterprises:30-50 companies Total period of the program: 9 months The language of education: English

  4. THE CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAM. FIRST STEP: PRELIMINARY WORK This step will include the following work: Definition of the participants; Analysis of the activity of enterprises-participants; Consideration and definition of possibilities for foreign enterprises to enter Russian market; Gathering of needed information from enterprises-participants. The terms of execution of this step: 2 months This step is considered the meeting with the participants of the project in order to present the results of the provided step and discuss the next one.

  5. THE CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAM. SECOND STEP: MARKETING ANALYSIS OF PROFILE RUSSIAN SEGMENTS • This step considers gathering, analysis of market information on the profile segments and forming of reports by each segment. • Marketing analysis considers the following instruments: • Desk step • Field step (qualitative and quantitative researches): interviews with experts and actors of profile segments • For each segment, marketing research will contain the following information: • General situation on the profile market; • Information about development trends of the profile segments • Forecast of development for the nearest 2-3 years • Main actors in segments • Main channels of distribution • Each research will contain 30-35 (Thirty – Thirty five) pages. It will be provided in English in Word format. • This step is considered the meeting with the participants and providing the results of surveys to them. On the base of received information, companies-participants should choose the priority-oriented products to promote on the Russian market. • The terms of execution of this step: 2 months

  6. THE CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAM. THIRD STEP: PREPARATION AND ORGANIZATION OF SPECIFIED SEMINARS FOR COMPANIES-PARTICIPANTS. • Within this step, the participants are invited to Russia in order to take part in the series of special seminars that will cover the following themes: • Introduction in to Russian market; • Introducing with Russian business culture; • Ways of foreign business behavior; • Russian system of certification. • For each participant, special book will be prepared with indication of concrete tools and recommendations for market entry. • This step considers first visits to Russian enterprises in order to provide preliminary negotiations with them. • The terms of execution of this step: 3 months

  7. FORTH STEP. FOLLOW-UP This step considers: • The receiving of feedback from Jordanian participants; • Making of feasible corrections or additional recommendations; • Organization of second meetings with Russian companies • with whom the meetings were held before; • Additional support of Jordanian companies on Russian market. • The terms of execution of this step: 3 months
