Fall session Spring Session • Staff Development • ASCD • Turn around training by those who attend conferences • Peer Observations • Lesson Study • Overview session for all administrators and teachers new to the building every year. Walk-throughs First: Building Administrators and DI team members Second: Building Administrators and curriculum coordinators Third: Building administrators and teachers with debriefing with DI team. Umbrella Question: to be asked each fall: If differentiation is our umbrella, then how do all other building and district initiatives fit under it?
