If dealing with a big group, have name stickers for each meeting for easy check in. Get one adult volunteer, to immediately call home if someone accidently got on the bus and to confirm absences. Record the number kit on their name tag. Keep a record of what kit each student is using for accountability for materials. Have parents come in to collect their children to see what is going on, assist with clean up and to ease dismissal needs.
