  2. As a matter of fact, diversity has been prevalent from a point in the past as the Second World War. In those times it was in a manner wherein the women used to fill in for work as most of the men in those times were a part of the military service. That was in terms of gender diversity, but to recognize the importance of cultural or traditional diversity, it took many decades for people to follow it. Employers are now following the concept of generational diversity where a mixed age group of people work together as a team and benefit each other in different ways.

There is a large number of populations that is either gay or transgender and they too have the right to work which is now being allowed by a large number of companies.
