N0--> N1 Chain

N0--> N1 Chain. Includes corrections of all the known instrumental perturbators - electronics: offset, EMI, gain - Time integration - Sky background - SAA (6%, imagettes for sismo) - Jitter - Outliers. Some corrections are quite complex. PSF fitting on imagettes.

  1. N0--> N1 Chain Includes corrections of all the known instrumental perturbators - electronics: offset, EMI, gain - Time integration - Sky background - SAA (6%, imagettes for sismo) - Jitter - Outliers Some corrections are quite complex

  2. PSF fitting on imagettes mv=9.1, delta scuti Onboard aperture photometry PSF fitting at 32s Needs the knowledge of the PSF

  3. Jitter corrections (sismo) CID 83, mv=9.3 After jitter correction

  4. Jitter corrections (exo) On a 13mag star

  5. Where are we? N0--> N1 Chain is not totally operational N0 arrived late.. (GMV/CNES) Not yet complete (ex: temperature corrections) Effects not foreseen e.g. reaction to eclipses, hot pixels… unexpected out of focus (120m) pb of manpower…… N1 Archive is operational at IAS-medoc N1--> N2 Chain is specified Many softwares are already developped Several problems remain…… PSF fitting long term trends….

  6. Planning of delivery From: Scientific Policy and Data Rights COROT.DESPA.01.014, version 4 26/05/06 * The preliminary results e.g. detection of candidate planets and detection of oscillations, or other topic of prime interest, will be published by the CSC as soon as possible before any scientific interpretation. *The data will be delivered to the IAS Archive and accessible by all the Co-Is and Guest Investigators after validation by the CSC, approximately six months after the end of each run. * One year after the first release of a set of data to the Co-Is and the Guest Investigators, the access of this set will become public.
