About Us • The May Court Club is a dynamic group of women volunteers who provide service and support to women and children in need in the Waterloo Region through involvement and fundraising activities. Fun Fact: The May Court Club of Canada was established in 1898, and is the oldest service club in Canada!

  4. The May Court Mandate • The May Court Club of Kitchener-Waterloo assists individuals in the community with financial, educational and emotional support. The Club’s primary focus is the needs of women and children.

  5. Fun Fact: 480 food boxes were delivered to 93 area schools last year! Outreach Services • Monday Afternoon Centre • Monday Evening Centre • School Food Box Program • Puppet Troupe • KidsAbility • Knitting for Women and Children • Turban Sewing for Grand River Cancer Centre

  8. “Giving Looks Good on You” • We are a women's consignment boutique specializing in trendy fashions. • We also sell new clothing and accessories at warehouse prices. • All items are top quality, stylish and affordable for every budget. • Everything is tax free! • We welcome donations of flawless apparel. Fun Fact: We are the ONLY consignment shop in Waterloo Region where 100% of profits is given to local organizations.

The May Court Mingle….Girls’ Night Out for a good cause!!! • Bring a group (bridge club, book club, school council, work staff) for a personalized after-hours shopping experience at the May Court Shop. • Follow up with culinary and beverage delights to be found in the trendy Belmont Village. • Please call the shop for further details. Just Some of the WaysWe Make A Difference! • We send children to camp. • We give bursaries to women pursuing a career in social work. • We provide financial support to the Grand River Hospital Music Therapy Program. • We buy equipment for special needs children associated with KidsAbility, Pride Stables, SkateABLE and others. • We provide funding for life-skill training for young adults connected with organizations such as Monica House, Marillac Place, YWCA, and Lutherwood.

Fun Fact: To date, The May Court Club of K-W has given over $2.5 million to our community.

  14. Join us in supporting our community! • The May Court Club of Kitchener-Waterloo is150 members strong! We are a warm and welcoming group. • We are very flexible to the needs of our volunteers. • There are many ways to help and we can find the perfect fit for you!

Help Us to Help Others! • Please promote The May Court Club in your newsletters, on your website, on social media, and by word of mouth. • Consider us a worthy charity for a school mission day or fundraising event. • Invite us to host a booth at a company or school event. • Organize a May Court Mingle. • Use our services where applicable – food boxes and puppet plays. • Stop by the May Court Shop on Belmont Ave. in Kitchener to donate or consign your gently-used women’s clothing, and scoop up a bargain while you’re there!
