Put your team on the back burner for a couple days; use this time to connect and network • Develop and Strengthen your network; View this as a graduating class and a valuable future resource • This will be intense… Don’t feel you need to fully understand, absorb and capture EVERYTHING you hear, when you hear it; Capture key nuggets and ‘a ha’ moments • Engage!!! Ask questions; Offer up insights and perspectives • Organize your notes (personal/team, work/life etc…) and review and add to them each evening and on the trip home • Put the learnings into practice
