Test-bench safety • Procedure for test-bench operation (EN-DHO, EN-STI, EDMS 2010160) • Procedure to turn power ON after a lockout • Access procedure with electrical lockout • Procedure for special access with power on the test-bench • Requirements for special access with power on the test-bench (HSE-OHS) • Authorized people: EN-STI-TCD, TE-ABT-EC • H0-B0 habilitation • No contact: 60cm distance from conductors A. Monitoring • Measurements to monitor (non-exhaustive list) • Pulses (number since beginning, repetition rate) • Current and tension (total, max measured) • Waveform (with interlock) • Temperatures (horn, clamp, air flow) • Strain (max, dominant modes frequencies) • Monitoring interfaces • Timber, IPOC : a lot of information already present • Swan: process Timber data • Inspector : idea of a new online interface for real time data processing A.
