  3. Despite extremely low coverage of beneficiaries under Banks/Post Offices. Most of the transactions were being done through manually operated Co-operative set up. This issue has been addressed after state intervention now.

  4. District Initiatives • Mainstreaming the Idea: Rights Based Approach: RatriChoupals, PunarjagranYatra, Public Fairs etc • Special Focus: Intensive and continuous review; Monthly Meetings; Block Level Camp Meetings • Demand Generation: Form 6, IEC, RatriChoupal, Multi-stakeholders(Wards/Anganwadis/Ration Shops) • IPPE Intensified : Quality Works/Felt Needs/Perspective Planning through active Gram Sabhas • Social Audit: Increased Participation through prior intimations • Inspections: Planned/Sudden to maintain a close vigil • Handholding of Lower Functionaries: Extensive trainings, RozgarDiwas, Block Level Camps, MGNREGA Samvad • Nodal Officers: Supplementing the Machinery • Systemic Interventions: Group Task Measurement System, Differential Wages, Women Mates • Innovations: Alternative Creche, Initiative with STC Foundation • Resource Augmentation: Through other schemes; GP Level Infrastructure • Keeping pace with change: JAM/Bhamashah Scheme being implemented vigorously • Redressal of Public Grievances : SAMPARK Portal • Looking Ahead: CFT is a close focus(Jhonthri Block), Related Studies/Discussions

Planning • Labour Budget and shelf of project is prepared through Intensive Participatory Planning Exercise(IPPE) in all GP’s. • For timely completion of Labour Budget, Block level meetings of panchayat functionaries were held. • Maintained Labour and Material ratio at gram panchayat level itself while issuing sanctions at DPC level. • Management Information System • All 291 GPs have been provided Laptop, printer, digital camera and Internet dongle. • At GP level demand & allocation of labour, jobcards, bank accounts and UID updation started. • Labours deployment, Due Muster rolls, delay payment, work completion etc. daily email and WhatsApp message to all PO’s.
