Housekeeping • No planned fire drills so please evacuate the building in the event of an alarm • Toilets • Coffee breaks and lunch • Luggage storage in Room PT007 in the Exhibition Centre but must be collected at the end of the workshop • Check-in to rooms from 14:00 onwards and keys are available at James College reception, though we recommend you wait until the workshop closes at 17:10 before checking in. Priority to check-in for delegates signed up to do the yoga session so they have time to change • Maps and lists of cheap eats and vegetarian friendly restaurants at the front desk • Room temperature • Writing questions for the ‘panel question and answer session’. Please use the yellow slips provided. Mark who the questions is addressed to, no need to put your name on. The question box is on the front desk.

Thursday 15th September: ECR social programme at SSM 2016 Dinner post ECR workshop - Tuesday 13th September, 19:30 Cosmo Restaurant, 19 Bridge St, York YO1 6DA The restaurant is a short bus ride from the university or a 35-40 minute walk. ECR subcommittee members will guide both options. Conference reception - Wednesday 14th September, 19:30 Merchant Adventurer’s Hall, Fossgate, York YO1 9XD Delegates are free to choose where they eat after the conference reception. Flyers listing a selection of restaurants including budget and vegetarian ones will be available at the ECR workshop along with city centre pocket maps. Conference dinner - Wednesday 14th September, 19:00 Roger Kirk Centre, James College, Heslington West campus, University of York, YO10 5DD
