  2. Who is Elizabeth Keckley? Mrs. Keckley (sometimes spelled Keckly ) was a slave for thirty years at the White House but soon became a very successful author.

  3. Where and how did she die? She died at the age of (88-89) In Washington D.C.

  4. Where and where was she born? She was born in Dinwiddie, Virginia in the Country Court House. February, 1818.

  5. How many children did she have? She had one child named George Kirkland.

  6. Family tree Her mom Agnis was a slave as well owned by Armistead and Mary Burwell, Aggy as she was called, was considered a privileged slave, meaning she was able to learn to read and write.

  7. Who is Lucy Hale? Lucy Lambert Hale was the U.S Senator John Parker Hale’s daughter. She attracted many admirers, John Wilkes Booth who was an actor, and the committed the assassin of 16th president Abraham Lincoln. Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. and Robert Todd, Lincoln. She was described, pretty, precious, sweet and good.
