  3. WHY? Why should I learn how to play Individual/Dual Sports WHY? WHY? • Harder to get groups of people together to play games or workout • Friends move away • Friends start families • Friends don’t have any time

  4. There’s so many different activities to play

  5. Individual & Dual Sports Individual Sports • Golf • Bowling • Swimming • Skiing • Martial Arts • Kayaking/Canoeing

  6. Golf Involves muscular endurance and strength Can be played solo or up to a foursome People play long into their lives Don’t use a cart, always walk Negative aspects One round takes several hours Cost of playing is high Requires expensive equipment Click here for more info

  7. Bowling Involves muscular strength and endurance Can be played solo or with a group of friends People play long into their lives Very inexpensive to play Negative aspect Takes practice and skill to master Click here for more info

  8. Swimming Involves muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular endurance Can be done solo or with others Reduces wear on joints and bones Negative aspect Requires a pool or gym membership with a pool Click here for more info
