County Executive Appoint a Facilities Master Plan Funding Committee • Examine alternative funding sources • Public / Joint Use Partnerships • Public / Private Partnerships • Lease – Leaseback • Performance Based Contracting • Commercial Re-development of County facilities • Private or Foundation financing
