  3. Social Impact Bonds • Supported both Social Finance and the HMP Peterborough SIB • Many more via Next Steps • Currently 14 in UK • From South Coast to Scotland • Looking to increase with Commissioning Better Outcomes, working with Cabinet Office Social Outcomes Fund

Commissioning Better Outcomes • £40m in total • Engagement and initial support contract with Social Finance • c£3m for development support (apply with suppliers) • Balance is for top-up payments- up to 20% • Joint process with S.O. fund We also have Big Potential launching... Of course we will also carry on investing the c£600m per year!
