  2. Budget Summary • Requesting funds for materials to produce 200 picket signs for the March-in-March and March 2nd building action. Up to $350 • Requesting funds to purchase 500 buttons to promote March-in-March. Up to $250 • Requesting funds to purchase 20 reams of paper to promote the March-in-March along with March 2nd building action. Up to $100 • Requesting funds to purchase snacks, healthy food, and water to participants of March-in-March. Up to $300 • Requesting funds to rent possibly 3 buses to transport students to March-in-March. Up to $2000 • Total Budget: $3000 12/03/2010

What is the March 2nd Building Action? • As suggested by the March-in-March grassroots organizing model, a preliminary action is being planned by the March-in-March ad-hoc committee to happen on March 2nd, 2011. This action will consist of a standard rally and march to build momentum for March-in-March. This will go along with the scheduled March 2nd day of action called by the organizers that called for both the March 4th and October 7th days of action. 12/03/2010
