  2. DAY 1Arrrive at Cochin Arrival in Cochin Airport/Railway station and transfer to the hotel. In the evening if time permits, you may explore the local markets on your own.

  3. DAY 2 Cochin to Munnar (145 kms/4-5 hours) In the morning, take a quick half-day sightseeing tour of Fort Kochi covering Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis church and Chinese fishing nets. Later drive to Munnar, a beautiful hill station. You may go to visit the local market in the evening (on your own).

  4. DAY 3 Munnar Take a sightseeing tour of Munnar visiting the Tata Tea Museum (closed on Monday) and Eravikulam National Park (park closes for breeding season, tentative months are Jan-Feb). Drive past beautiful tea gardens of Munnar.

  5. DAY 4 Munnar to Thekkady (105 kms/3-4 hours) Drive today to Thekkady. In the afternoon, you may explore Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary various forest activities, Kalari Show etc (pay directly at the venue).

  6. DAY 5 Thekkady to Allepey (135 kms/3-4 hours) In the morning, take a Spice Plantation Tour which will last for an hour. After the tour, you may indulge in some spice shopping. Later proceed for Alleppey.

  7. DAY 6 Depart to Cochin (90 kms/2-3 hours) After Breakfast checkout from the hotel and take a transfer to Cochin airport.
