  1. Main Task Magazine Ideas • By Sean Willcox

  2. Magazine One • My first magazine idea was a magazine concentrating on 80’s music. Aimed at 40-50 year-olds who would appreciate the 80’s age of music, it would consist of formal language and a mix of classic album reviews and interviews. It would sell in newsagents under the name ‘Icon’.

  3. Magazine Two • The second magazine idea I had was for a metal magazine. The magazine would be quite gritty, using sharp and messy images and font to make the link to grungy heavy metal music. The target audience is 21-31 year-olds, and would concentrate mainly on band interviews and gig reviews. It would sell under the name ‘Decay’.

  4. Magazine Three • The third idea for a magazine I had was for a dubstep magazine. Aimed at 16-26 year-olds, it would consist of informal colloquial language based around the inner-city areas of London. The bulk of the magazine would consist of reviews of dubstep shows and shout outs to upcoming new artists. It would sell under the name ‘Grind’.
