  2. Global User Fields • Required to complete before requesting a Retirement of an Asset • Provide specific information pertaining to the item • Other DOC Bureaus can see this information to ensure it meets their needs before transferring

  3. AT THE MAIN MENU SELECT CD50/52 TRANSACTION MENU

  4. CLICK TO MAINTAIN ASSET

  5. ENTER THE BAR CODECLICK ON QUERY

  6. SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM HALF OF SCREEN

  7. ENTER INFORMATION IN EACH BOX with CLICK SAVE AT THE BOTTOM.

  8. * ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * • Only the PC and PAO can see the Users Defined(UDF) screen • The POC cannot enter these fields You are ready to submit a Request for Retirement of an Asset

  9. Model Number Correction

  10. Model numbers • Model number's with " ~ " will not allow the Retirement of Asset Request to be completed • Catalog Request may be necessary if current model number is not in Sunflower • Another model number identifying the current model number may be used (i.e., HP LaserJet 5, but in Sunflower C2954 can be used)

  11. AT THE MAIN MENU SELECT CD50/52 TRANSACTION MENU

  12. CLICK TO MAINTAIN ASSET

  13. ENTER THE BAR CODECLICK ON QUERY

  14. MODEL NUMBER with ~ (Tilda mark)

  15. DELETE THE HIGHLIGHTED MODEL NUMBER AND ENTER % THEN TAB

  16. HIGHLIGHT THE CORRECT MODEL NUMBER CORRECT MODEL NUMBER FROM THE LIST BELOW SELECT BUTTON

  17. CLICK SAVE SAVE
