  5. The goal of man is to know God and to enjoy Him forever.

  6. Contentment Requires Distinguishing Between Needs and Wants.

  10. The Deer Mouse displays contentment in it’s ability To make it’s home almost anywhere, making itself comfortable with whatever is available.

  11. Personal Evaluation

  12. 1.Do you enjoy spending time with your family?

  13. 2.Do you become bitter when your possessions are damaged?

  14. 3.Are you making practical use of the possessions that have been entrusted to you?

  15. 4.Do you rejoice in the wealth of things that money cannot buy— such as health, freedom, a good name, a clear conscience, and eternal salvation— more than temporary possessions?

  16. 5.Do you believe that God has given you all you need?

  17. Application at Home

  18. 1.Being willing to buy less in order to stay within the family budget.

  19. 2.Learning to have fewer things and enjoy them more.

  20. Five I Wills

  21. 1. Be thankful for what I do have.

  22. 2. Not complain about what I do have.

  23. 3. Not always ask for “ one more”. No

  24. 4.Value people above things.

  25. 5. Want less and give more.
