  1. What Documents Are Compulsory In An Interview? For better evaluation of applications, hiring managers often require additional information. This kind of document is sometimes also required for submission by the HR Department. 6.Press Clippings – If the candidate has conducted research of the hiring company then clippings and cut outs whether from internal or external source should be filed chronologically in the job file. 7.Client Testimonials – Client testimonials are the affirmations given by satisfied customers for any valued service or performance given by the professional 8.Certifications – All certificates and documents relating to educational, professional attainments and qualifications of the candidates along with their photo copies should be carried along. This helps the employer in assessing whether the candidate is apt for the job or not. 9.Writing Sample – This aids the company in judging the writing capability of the candidate i.e. whether he is affluent in writing professional letters, memos etc. 10.Documents exclusively asked by the employer – An employer can have specific finicky about further information about the applicant. Likewise he may ask for submission of any particular document or information from the candidate.
