Process For Sharing Statutory and Mandatory Training Records When Employees Move Between UK Core Skills and Training Compliant Organisations Note Initial employment offer wording may need to be amended to include confirmation that the organsiation will seek written or electronic confirmation of any previous statutory and mandatory/core skills training with another NHS employer as part of the pre-employment process.   Employee needs to cover all SaMsubjects during induction Training can’t be accepted No If sending organisationuses national CSTF competencies these will come across on the per-hire element of the Inter authority transfer process Induction can be adjusted to take account of employees previous training Confirm sending organisation/HEI is on UK Core Skills and Training Framework Register http://www.skillsforhealth.org.uk/developing-your-organisations-talent/uk-wide-core-skills-training--framework/ If first destination post following pre-registration training Employee to bringtraining portfolio to interview (signed by them and their tutor ) Need to manually update LMS to record compliance Yes Previous NHS experience If sending organisation doesn’t use CSTF competencies ask employee to arrange an e-mail transfer /signed hard copy transfer of their CSTF aligned SaM training record (using KSS template) Sending HR/LD department to e-mail template to new organisation Third draft
