  3. Background: What is NFC and how does it work? • Near Field Communication- contactless communication in short distances (within 4 inches) • Secure, especially in crowded areas • Payment • Send information (File Transfer) • Receive Information (Smart Posters)

  4. Comparing to Bluetooth • Slower than Bluetooth in terms of transfer speeds • Faster to set up

  6. Advantages • Businesses receive information when you use NFC • How often you purchase at the store • What you purchase • Help businesses with advertising • Eco-friendly • Slimmer pockets • Quicker lines
