  1. How to Efile a Lobbyist Expenditure Report 01/1/2014

  2. Once you have logged into the e-filing system, using the “L” filer id and corresponding password, you will be directed to the Main Menu. On the Main Menu you can continue working reports or start a scheduled report. If you are ready to start a schedule report, determine which reporting period and which level, you wish to report. Then click

  3. State Level To file your expenditures at a State Level, click on the “Expenditure Section” link.

  4. If you have an expenditure to report, Click If you have no expenditures to report, Click

  5. If you are reporting a new expenditure, continue by completing the required fields: • Lobbying on behalf of • Category of Expenditure • Type of Recipient • Amount of Expenditure • Date of Expenditure • Description of Expenditure • Number of Bill, Resolution, or Regulation discussed • Click

  6. The program will allow you to review your data entry. Click “Modify” if it is necessary to modify the information. If you need to add additional expenditures, you can do so by clicking If you are finished, click to return to the Report Menu.

  7. Review all the information entered as a summary. If all the information is correct click the red button

  8. Once you click I ELECTRONICALLY SUBMIT THIS REPORT the system will confirm your report has been submitted and send a confirmation to the email address of record. If you wish a carbon copy of the confirmation follow the instructions on the screen. Because you are electronically filing you will not need to sign or notarize this report. Click on the gray button . You may now log out of the e-filing system.

  9. Local Level To file your expenditures at a Local Level, click on the “Expenditure Section” link.

If you have an expenditure to report, Click • If you are reporting a new expenditure, continue by completing the required fields: • Lobbying on behalf of • Category of Expenditure • Type of Recipient • Amount of Expenditure • Date of Expenditure • Description of Expenditure • Number of Bill, Resolution, or Regulation discussed • If you have not expenditures to report, Click

  11. Review all the information entered as a summary. If all the information is correct click the red button

  13. Vendor Level To file your expenditures at a Vendor Level, you must first select the vendor for which you are reporting by clicking on the “Vendor Contract Section” link.

  14. Select the Vendor for which you are filing by click “ADD/EDIT” next to the vendors name.

  15. Enter the Contract(s) and Monetary amount of the Contract(s) in the appropriate boxes, the click

  16. Review the information entered. If it is correct click

  17. To file your click on the “Expenditure Section” link.

If you have an expenditure to report, Click • If you are reporting a new expenditure, continue by completing the required fields: • Lobbying on behalf of • Category of Expenditure • Type of Recipient • Amount of Expenditure • Date of Expenditure • Description of Expenditure • Number of Bill, Resolution, or Regulation discussed • If you have not expenditures to report, Click

  21. State Agency Level To file your expenditures at a State Agency Level, you must first select the agency for which you are reporting by clicking on the “Affirmation of Lobbying Activity Section” link.

  22. Check all the individuals or entities for which you are affirming you undertook to influence. Then click .

If you have an expenditure to report, Click • If you are reporting a new expenditure, continue by completing the required fields: • Lobbying on behalf of • Category of Expenditure • Type of Recipient • Amount of Expenditure • Date of Expenditure • Description of Expenditure • Number of Bill, Resolution, or Regulation discussed • If you have not expenditures to report, Click
