  2. The beginning of Anchor Clubs . . . It all started with a bunch of girls in 1952…

  3. Before long… boys were an important part of Anchor Clubs everywhere!

  4. Anchors have some great stories to tell… and projects to share with others …

  5. Anchors are “Team Players” in their communities!

  6. Anchors love service projects – touching lives in their communities!

  7. Whether they are preparing a “Senior Prom” for our seniors…

  8. Or labeling cookie recipe jars . . . .

  9. Hands on in a food and clothing drive ... Or preparing for a cake sale . . .

  10. Involved in a holiday project to help the needy . . . or Adopt-a-family in their community for Christmas – Anchors are involved!!!

  11. The Anchors teach kids how to play safe and play smart using their BrainMinder puppets and skits!!!

  12. The BrainMinder Buddies teach children how to protect their brains . . . . Anchors share to help to save lives!

  13. Anchors are busy – whether it is a service project or a community activity . . .

  14. Attending their District Conventions...

  15. Presenting a BrainMinder skit with Pilot Club members . . . Anchors are always involved and sharing in their communities!

  16. Each year Anchors have the opportunity to attend the International Convention . . .

  17. They have a blast!!

  18. Anchors include a community service project at the Convention … this one is the “Great Shoebox Surprise” for their guests from a children’s home!

  19. One of the great events at the International Convention is the cultural exchange…

  20. Learning about cultures from the many Districts . . . and around the world - sharing great fun and great food!
