  2. Using Internet Explorer, login with the Login ID and Password provided to you Login at www.prios.com/ara

  3. Home Page When aclientsubmits an assignment to you, you will receive an email notification that reads: New account number 1014 has been created by Global Bank on 03/12/2013 8:57:15 AM. Log into PRIOS and you will see this account listed as Unaccepted on the Account Summary screen. To accept this account, change the account status from Unaccepted to Open. After logging into PRIOS, you will find this new assignment in the Unaccepted Assignments table as shown. Click Unaccepted Assignmentsto open the table.

  4. Unaccepted Assignments Table Click the File # to go to the Unaccepted Assignment.

  5. Debtor / Info Page This is how an assignment looks in PRIOS. The header section displays the pertinent account information and shows the assignment is in U – Unaccepted status. Click the Change Statusbutton to change it to Open status.

  6. Choose Open from the Status Drop-down list, and click Save.

  7. The file is now in O – Openstatus. Run your mouse over the Accounts tab on the Menu Barto see the sub-menu of all the account sections. The main assignment information page is called the Debtor/Infopage. This is where you add or edit Debtor/Cosigner information. You can also click the Edit Assignment Info button to change the Type,Branch, or Comments on the assignment.

  8. Client / Loan Page The Client / Loansection displays the client contact and loan information.

  9. Attachments Page The Attachments page allows you to upload attachments to the assignment.

  10. Asset Page The Asset page is where you would add or edit Asset information and upload photos and images to the assignment.

  11. Notes Page The Notes page is where you communicate with your client with Update Notes. Update Notes entered by clients arered, and repo agent notes are blue. Some notes are automatically entered for you, such as Assignment Addedand Assignment Status Changed, as shown below.

  12. Ledger Page The Ledger is where invoicing for your client is done. View existing invoice worksheets by clicking on the Invoice #, or start a new one by clicking on Create New Invoice.

  13. The Invoice Worksheetallows you to create a customized invoice by creating your own Invoice # or using the system generated one, Changing the ‘Bill-to’if needed, providing default Line Itemsas well as giving you the option of creating your own. You can also Print,Email, or Generate a PDF of the invoice.

  14. Forms Page The Forms page is where you create, print and email forms. Choose from several Condition Reports, a Field Visitform, Repo Order, and Personal Property Inventoryform.

  15. Standard Condition Report PRIOS forms are interactiveby allowing you to ‘click’ on the boxes and buttons to fill out the form online. The forms are then viewable to your client on PRIOS, and you can also Print and Email them.

  16. Quick Search You’ve now seen all sections of an account. Notice when you’re not ‘inside’ an account, you will not find the Accounts tab on the Menu Bar. To find an existing account, use the Quick Searchboxes by entering either the VIN, or Debtor last name, or File # in the appropriate field and clicking the corresponding button. Note: partial VIN or partial last names may be used.

  17. Advanced Search Another option for finding existing accounts is the Advanced Searchfound on the Menu Bar. Enter your search criteria and click the Search button.

  18. Admin The Admin tab found on the Menu Baris where you manage your company’s information. Click on Client Listto see the Client Company Listing. Click on the view icon to open the Client Record.

  19. Branches The Branches section is where your company branches are listed. Click on the edit iconnext to an existing branch to view the branch information. If you need to update your information, please contact ARA Home Office at 972-755-4755 or email tricia@americanrecoveryassn.org

  20. Profile The Profile section contains your company contact information. The information here is used to create your company listing clients see when looking for an Agent Company. The email addressentered here is where the automatic email notification will be sent when a client enters an assignment for you on PRIOS.   21. Line Item Mgt. The Line Item Mgt. section lists the Line Items used during invoicing. Several Default Line Itemshave been created for you to get started. You can also create your own line items by typing in the name of the Line Item and clicking Add Line Item. After they have been added here, they will appear in the Line Item selection list when creating an invoice.

  22. Accounting The Accounting section on the Menu Bar contains an Invoice Search so you can find a specific invoice from a certain client, or on a specific account. Also use this tool to run lists of invoices for one specific branch or date range. Status options are also available to filter your lists by Open, Closed or All invoices

  23. Storage The Storage tab on the Menu Baris where you create a Storage Report. Choose your search criteria and click the Report button.

  24. Tools The Tools tab on the Menu Barcontains the Change Password link so you can change your Password any time you like. You will also be required to change your password every 90 Days.

  25. Tools The Tools tab on the Menu Barcontains a Mapslink that takes you to Google Maps if you need to lookup an address.

  26. Tools The Tools tab on the Menu Barcontains a VIN Decoderfor your convenience todecode a VIN at any time.

  27. The Tools tab on the Menu Baralso contains the Contact Us pageshowing the PRIOS Tech Support telephone number and email address. You will also notice the Suggestions link located in the top right-corner of your screen throughout the program. We encourage you to send us any questions, concerns, suggestions or problems you encounter through the Suggestion Box.

  28. Suggestion Box The Suggestion Boxsubmission tells PRIOS Tech Supportwhich Agent Company you are, along with your email address, and shows what PRIOS page you were working in when sending the Suggestion. Just choose the Priority Level, type in the details of your Suggestion/Question, and click Submit Suggestion.

  29. Help The Help tab on the Menu Barcontains an Overview on how to use PRIOS. Start on the Home page and then click on Help  Overview. This is a basic Summary of the information covered in this Power Point demonstration.

  30. Logout The Logout link is located on the right-side of your screen under the Menu Bar. It is always a good idea to logout of PRIOS when leaving your computer. PRIOS also has an automatic logout after 1 hour of inactivity.
