  3. HABITAT • Southern hemisphere • Spend most of there time in the ocean water, cold water • When it danger they hop on pack ice or land • Habitat are very barren • Easy targets no protection • Breed and molt home

  4. FOOD AND WATER • Predator • Hunt fish, squid ,crabs , sharps • All penguins find food in sea • Spin there tongs • Eat stones to digits their food • They drink Salt water home

  5. DAILY BEHAVIOR • Eat in spring and summer • Males and females takes turn taking care of there baby's • Enemies are petrel, killer whales, and sea lions • They sit on top of their eggs • Antarctic • They preen there tails from oil home

  6. Family Structures • Both feed young • Both males and females build nest • Both look for food and both set on the nest • Both protect their chicks • Both in charge of young • Young's are called chicks home

  7. INTERESTING FACTS • Black and white protect there them from predators. • They have water proof feathers. • When they flap their wings they to cool them off and pant like a dog. • While molting they can’t swim. • Very social penguins. • They are noise because they call the female. home
