  3. RESEARCH • A multi-disciplinary research agenda on women's health issues, fostering collaborations across academic departments and promoting strategies to encourage women to participate in clinical research trials. One of the Primary Objectives of the CoEWH

Current Gender Specific Research • More than 17 clinical researchers at WVU are working on gender specific research and are interested in participating in the WV CoEWH • More than 8 basic science researchers working on gender specific research in non-humans that may be interested in doing human work if tissue were available
