Who We Are • Limited Liability Company • Jointly owned by The Boeing Company and Lockheed Martin • Headquartered in Houston, TX • Space Flight Operations Contract (SFOC) created to streamline operations • USA assumed prime responsibility for SFOC operations in 1996 • Resulted in eventual consolidation of 31 legacy contracts • Space Program Operations Contract • Follow-on to SFOC • Space Shuttle Program operations and related support for the International Space Station and exploration programs.
