  2. Elementos de la comunicación MENSAJE Lo que se dice CÓDIGO Sistema de signos empleado CANAL EMISOR. Tiene voluntad de comunicar y emite un mensaje codificado RECEPTOR. Recibe el mensaje y lo descodifica Medio para transmitir CONTEXTO Situación o circunstancias en las que se emite el mensaje

  3. Tipos de código VERBALES: utilizan la lengua, ya sea ORAL o ESCRITA NO VERBALES: no usan palabras. Incluye los gestos, la postura, el aspecto, la ropa, sonidos o signos no verbales

  4. Tipos de signos ICONOS: representan la realidad directamente SÍMBOLOS: representan la realidad de forma abstracta. Su sentido se ha decidido artificialmente INDICIOS: son signos naturales casuales sin voluntad de comunicación
