EXPIRED LEASE REPORT • As of June 1, 2011, FIMS reports • 44 expired leases • 17 trailer leases • 2 land leases • 25 building leases • Expiration Dates extend from 12/31/10 to 5/31/11 • 15 expired by 12/31/10 • 8 expired by 1/31/11 • 6 expired by 3/31/11 • 4 expired by 4/30/11 • 6 expired by 5/31/11 • 5 expired over 1 year ago

EXPIRED LEASE REPORT • What are your processes for identifying expiring leases? • Does the CRS monitor progress all expiring leases? • When do FIMS coordinators become alerted of a change? • Concern is over lack of “real time” data on leases. • Improvement has been outstanding over the last year. • 200 leases were identified as expired in FIMS • As of 10/1/2010, the expiring lease report had been reduced to 168 • NOW, there are only 44 • GOALby July 1, 2011 – 0 expired leases.
