  37. SUGGESTIONS 1. Institutional structure should be established in order to supply the permanent training of managers,technical staff and teaching staff. 2. The structure of MEB-YÖK programme development project should remain permanent in order to proceed the developed programmes and also develop the other programmes as well.

  38. SUGGESTIONS 3. A quality assurance system should be established for two- year colleges. 4. A collaboration should be made with YÖK ( two-year colleges) in the works of developing the programmes in vocational and technical high school programmes.

  39. SUGGESTIONS 5. For two-year colleges ; • To develop course books and • Teaching materials a new forming way should be found.

  40. SUGGESTIONS 6. In practicing the developed programmes; • Minimum teaching staff • Minumum hardware conditions should be supplied.

  41. SUGGESTIONS 7. Programme development studies ; • Once every threee years,programmes should be reviewed and • once every five years programmes should be considered essentially. 8. Technology based learning in vocational education should be given importance.

  42. SUGGESTIONS 9. Because of the inadequacy of the number of the teaching staff,the amount of the number of the courses should be revised. 10. In order that the implementation should be succesful,the managers and the teaching staff of two-year colleges and vocational high schools should be informed rapidly.

  43. SUGGESTIONS 11. Once every two years national and international scientific meetings should be held to share the accumulation among two-year colleges and to plan new strategies for the future.

  44. SUGGESTIONS TOBB should be persuaded to support the model that was formed within the framework of YÖK-ISOV ındustrial Education Cooperation. 12. Accreditation studies should be started in terms of adaptation to European Community. 13.
