  1. ACUPUNCTURE A network of  energy pathways, the body's electrical conduits - wiring that acts as an interface between simple molecular activity and complex organ systems.  It can revitalize and relax the nervous system, and stimulate metabolism and hormonal balance.  12/21/2019

  2. PULSED ELECTROMAGNETIC • FREQUENCY GENERATOR • Activates the metabolism. Regenerates muscle tissue. Helps repair torn muscles and ligaments. Revitalizes skin tissue. • Boosts the body's defenses: Toxins & waste products are more rapidly broken down. Increases useable oxygen and ATP. • Boosts Energy and healing processes through better micro-circulation. • PEMF stimulates the cell's natural magnetic charge so that its membrane becomes permeable again and allows nutrients and oxygen to flow through. 12/21/2019

  3. J NervMent Dis. 2007 Jun;195(6):504-13. Acupuncture for posttraumatic stress disorder: a randomized controlled pilot trial. Hollifield M, Sinclair-Lian N, Warner TD, Hammerschlag R. Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Family and Geriatric Medicine, University of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, KY 40202, USA. 12/21/2019

  4. ABSTRACT • The purpose of the study was to evaluate the potential efficacy of acupuncture for posttraumatic stress disorder. • PTSD patients received either acupuncture treatment, a group cognitive-behavioral therapy, or a wait-list control. • Both acupuncture and cognitive-behavior therapy provided large treatment effects for PTSD (F [1, 46] = 12.60; p < 0.01; Cohen's d = 1.29); CBT (F [1, 47] = 12.45; p < 0.01; d = 1.42) (ACU vs. CBT, d = 0.29). Symptom reductions were maintained at the 3-month follow-up for both modalities. 12/21/2019

  5. The body's connective collagen tissue: • A coherent liquid crystalline structure that allows instantaneous communication throughout appears to be faster. • Faster than the nerves. • Perfect synergy if we tune in to it. 12/21/2019

  7. ENDORPHINS • Biochemicals or neurohormonesthat possess natural analgesic properties, responsible for the insensitivity to pain experienced by individuals under conditions of great stress or shock. • Massage & acupuncture stimulate endorphin release, along with sports and exercise – an effect famously known as a “runner’s high” or an “adrenaline rush.” 12/21/2019

  11. A meditation of Sensation. • Feeling the breath flow through the body. • Sensing the cells which are 99.9% emptiness filled with energy. • Sensing the fluids (75% of that material .01% ) • Feeling the endorphins. (100 receptor sites per cell and 10 trillions cells!) 12/21/2019

  12. Attention to Sensation. • How does our breath FEEL? • Following the breath until we feel something MELTING. • The sensation of the FLUIDS that make up most of our body. • What is MIND? • Mindfulness? Focus? Emptiness? • Or a repeating recorded message machine? A voicemail reception device? 12/21/2019
