Project activities Early Intervention Information sessions - Pacific Community, Church’s, Service providers, Schools High School projects – Bridging the gap between Pacific Identity/ Australian way of life Informational Legal kit - ‘Keeping on track’ Culturally sensitive, containing information to help understand the processes of the Australian legal system & their rights Group sessions – All members of the Family Providing practical skills and strategies Restoration Mentoring program – One on one mentoring by volunteer Pacific role models Case Management – Post release Intensive support and assistance with young people and their families, Providing a link into local service providers Cultural Community Events / Initiatives
