  1. WAP – ARRA Reporting Relationships Includes: -WAP ARRA Monthly Report -WAP ARRA Quarterly Performance Report -Federal Financial Report (SF-425) -SERC Quarterly Performance Report Information for grantees and Project Officers.

  2. ARRA Monthly Performance Report This number will show up in 3 places: *2 on the WAP QPR: in green at the top and “Total Outlays” in Section B. Outlays by Function (NOT Section A. “Outlays by Fund Source”) *”Total Outlays” in Section B. Outlays by Function on the SERC Quarterly Report. DO NOT INCLUDE SERC Subgrantees (City) *As a check, adding the SERC outlays to the MPR outlays should equal the total reported on the FFR (SF-425) – e. Federal Share of Expenditures.

Financial Reporting – SF-425 This number will show up on EACH QPR: *’This Period - Federal’ in Section A. “Outlays by Fund Source.” This number will show up on EACH QPR: *’Budget Period Total to Date - Federal’ in Section A. “Outlays by Fund Source.” The sum of e. & j. will show up on EACH QPR: *’This Period - TOTAL’ in Section A. “Outlays by Fund Source” AND “Grant Total” at the bottom of Section B. “Outlays by Function.” The same holds true for the “cumulative” column. e. + j.

  6. The number in Green comes directly from the Monthly Performance Report. (SERC NOT INCLUDED) The sum total (Total Outlays for This Period) of the un-bolded numbers in Section B. “Outlays by Function” should match the total on the Monthly Performance Report. The numbers in Section A “Outlays by Fund Source - FEDERAL” come directly from the Financial Report SF-425 (line e.). The “Grant Total” numbers in Section B “Outlays by Function” are the sum of “Total Outlays” + “Total SERC Outlays.” These numbers should also match the sum of lines e. + j. from the Financial Report SF-425 (see slide 4 for more info). This number comes from the SERC Quarterly Report

  9. The numbers in Section A “Outlays by Fund Source - FEDERAL” come directly from the Financial Report SF-425 (line e.). The “Grant Total” numbers in Section B “Outlays by Function” are the sum of “Total Outlays” + “Total SERC Outlays.” These numbers should also match the sum of lines e. + j. from the Financial Report SF-425 (see slide 4 for more info). This number is the sum total of the un-bolded outlays from This Period – this is where you enter the outlay activity for SERC. Number comes directly from the WAP QPR – Section B. - Total Outlays). DOES NOT include SERC.

SERC Quarterly Report *The numbers in this section are entered in the same manner as they are in the WAP QPR. *It is very important to accurately complete each of the fields in this section. ***These numbers should match. The numbers reported here should be greater than or equal to numbers reported for the similar categories in “3. Units by Occupancy” above. Report the actual count of people in Section 4.

  12. SERC Quarterly Report Subgrantees (City) *Outlays & unitsmust be reported for each subgrantee.

  13. *The numbers in this section are very important and must be accurately reported. The first two subsections are required, and the third subsection should be completed if the grantee has information to report. ***Please see the following slide for additional important information regarding the Required SERC Metrics.

  14. SERC Quarterly Report VERY IMPORTANT *The numbers circled in green are required for two subsections: • 1.0 Renewable Energy – total capacity (in kW) of systems installed • 10.0 Other – total number of measures installed (i.e. – number of windows, doors, etc.)
