Pension reforms The development of reforming Concept of the government pension system include:
Social security granting Development of a Roadmap to improve the system of social guarantees, including:
Growing access to economic opportunities Development of a set of measures to ensure access to production resources, including: • measures to remove restrictions on the participation of women in all sectors of the economy; • improving the targeting of government programs to increase women's participation in the economy; • creating campaigns to develop the culture of professional leadership and entrepreneurship among women.
Health care Development of the Concept of the further development of health care, envisaging: • increased private sector participation in health care; • an increase in government funding for medical services; • development and implementation of an effective mechanism to control and monitor the full and high-quality provision of guaranteed medical services to the population by medical organizations; • identification of options for implementing a results-based system for health care providers.
Education Development of a national strategy for the development of education, including: • the introduction of measures to modernize the national student assessment system; • measures to work with international wide-scale assessment systems, such as PISA, TIMSS and PIRLS; • the introduction of measures to modernize the curricula of initial training of teachers and their on-the-job training and bring them in line with international standards; • ensuring the quality control of the higher vocational education system; • expanding dialogue between government, universities and employers to facilitate political decision-making in this sector.
