Women face every difficulty in life and overcome them to reach heights. In the past, the participation of women was restricted to limited fields which is not the case today. They are brave, intelligent and responsible to quickly adapt to any new field and technology. Information Technology is an industry with great scope to flourish and it is well utilized by women, especially in the recent years. KCE, one of the top engineering colleges in Coimbatore encourages the girl students to achieve big in their education and career with confidence. Though many women are interested to join the IT sector, only a few actually do because of some practical issues and misconceptions.
