El E.R.I.C. tiene de una Directiva, formada por: un Presidente, un Vicepresidente, un Secretario, un Tesorero, un Comité de Información y Tecnología (con 1 Responsable y 1 Asistente) , un Comité Social y un Comité de Comunicaciones y Publicidad (con 1 Responsable y 1 Asistente) Y un Representante en cada país perteneciente al E.R.I.C.   6. ¿Tareas del Representante de país? Ser el punto de contacto entre la Directiva del E.R.I.C. y los clubes Rotaract del país, canalizando el flujo de información oficial en ambos sentidos. Por tanto, debo: • Informar a los rotaractianos españoles de las actividades que se desarrollan en Europa. • Informar en Europa de las actividades que realizamos en España. Próximos Encuentros Internacionales (2) Rotaract Preconvention 2012 Lugar: Bangkok (Tailandia) Fechas: 3 al 5 de Mayo 2012 Link:https://www.facebook.com/groups/108557772569137/ Descripción: • La Preconvention es un evento Rotaract que tiene lugar siempre los 3 días anteriores y en el mismo lugar que la convention anual de Rotary (www.rotaryconvention2012.com). • En 2009 tuvo lugar en Birmingham (UK), en 2010 en Montreal (Canadá) y en 2011 en New Orleans (USA).
