Application Process • Process aligned with Budgeting for Outcomes • Submit one Program Information packet for each program seeking funding • Select one Priority, Causal Factor and Outcome for each Program Information packet • Complete Scorecard for each Program Information packet and submit with application • Completed application packages will be reviewed by the appropriate Priority Team
