  1. Ceremonies Evaluations Conclave 2012

Changes to Evaluations • Similar to NOAC competitions • Set evaluation times • Three evaluators per team • One memory judge, two performance judge • Evaluations moved to morning • Evaluations (Honor teams) for all ceremonies • Competitions (1st,2nd,3rd) for Pre-Ordeal and Vigil Honor • Must be Honor team to place

  3. Registration • Register on Doubleknot – This is to get your patch • Fill out online form (I will email the link). This is to actually register

  4. Procedure • Teams will receive an evaluation time Friday at Check-in • Come to evaluation dressed in regalia • Go to judging area and follow instructions from your judges • Teams will receive DVD of their performance and performances of Honor Teams

  5. Things to tell your Ceremony Chairman • Register on Doubleknotand through online form • Submit the teams by April 13 (Saturday before Conclave) • Pickup your judging time at Friday check-in • Judging is during the morning • Burden/fire markers are provided. No other props are provided • Bring your own candidates (not required) • Judging Criteria is in Guide to Inductions

  6. Needs • 2 Adult from each lodge to help evaluating • Online form by April 1st • Questions that NOAC uses to approve evaluators • Adults should bring chairs if they don’t like standing/sitting on ground • Lunch delivered • Needs from Service Lodge (if available): • Five tarps set up for judges • Five tables

  7. New Brotherhood demonstration • Demonstration of the proposed new Brotherhood ceremony • There will be a Q&A session and feedback session afterwards • Feedback from the session will be compiled and sent to National for possible changes before the final approval • If approved there will be a transition period in 2014 for full adoption in 2015 • Time: 7:15 – 8:45 • Place: Council Ring
