  4. 2012 Fall Coaching Staff • Soccer – Scott Bilton (Room 706) • Volleyball – Lauren Yacobi (Simpson Gym) • Boys CC – Jeff Thompson (RM 404) • Girls CC – Nathan Newsome (RM 404) • Football – Adrian Snow (PAC) • Field Hockey – Angela Daly (Simpson Gym) • Tennis – Karen Duncan (PAC Lobby) • Girls Golf – Fred Youngman (802) • Dance – Elisa Cook (Dance Room in PAC)

  5. Weather Policy • When cloud to ground lightning is seen practice and/or game will be suspended. • 30 minute rule – we will wait at 30 minutes once play has been suspended • For every lightning strike or thunder it will another 30 minutes.

  6. Weather Policy • If school is cancelled due to weather there will be no practice or games that day! • Games and/or Practice may be delayed if temperatures are above 90 degrees. This would be county wide decision and is made by Central Office personnel. • All outside or non-air conditioned events fall under this policy.

  7. Communication • HUDL – is main way coaches will communicate with players this season. • www.hudl.com
