  2. Name of our game • The name of our game is find the suspect. We named it because the theme of the game is Scream 4 the movie.

  3. Description • There are two stages to the game. First is Alyssa’s stage which has three cards that will be switched around. The objective is to find the scream. On two cards there are two people; the third card there is the suspect. If you win you get a dollar and move on to the next round. • Bobby’s stage same as the first but now there is four cards. Three cards has people the fourth has the suspect.

  4. Rules • The number one rule is to Keep Your Eye On The Suspect!

  5. Materials • We used seven pieces of black construction paper. Seven copies of the Scream 4 symbols and five innocent people lastly two scream suspects.

  6. Reason for choosing • Most people think that it is easy to keep their eye on the winning card. So we will make sure they never think that thought again. This game is making the eyes work hard.

  7. Theoretical probability • In the first stage the theoretical probability is 1 to 3 or 33%. • In the second stage the theoretical probability of winning is 1 to 4 or 25% chance.

  8. Cost to play • The pay in is $1.00.

  9. Prizes • If you win the first stage but lose the second you get a piece of candy. • If you win the first and the second you get two dollars and a air head.

  10. Profit It cost $1.00 to play the game. If you win both stages you win $2.00 and air head of your choice.

  11. Probability • If 36 people play level 1’s probability is 1/3 1 for the scream. Level 2’s probability is ¼ 1 for the scream. 1/3 times ¼ equals 1/12 times 3 equals 3/36. 3/36 is for the 3 winners that will win. So $36.00 - $2.00 for each winner. $36.00 - $6.00= $30.00

  12. Experimental Probability • Six people played our game and 2/6 won both levels. $6.00-$4.00=$2.00 we earned $2.00 and gave out six air heads and $4.00.
