  3. Practice Problem (last time) • Describe how to make 250.0 mL of 0.100M NaOH from a stock solution of 8.00M NaOH.

  8. A Question for You… Consider a 1.50 g mixture of sodium nitrate and sodium chloride. The mixture is dissolved in 100 mL of water to which is added an excess of 0.500M silver nitrate. A white solid is collected, dried, and found to have a mass of 3.14 g. Calculate the percent sodium chloride by mass in the original unknown mixture.
