History • Several settlements of Early Slavonic Chernyakhiv culture (II-VI centuries AD) were also found on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Vlasky district - Nedogarok - Maksymivka. • It was first mentioned as a village in the district of Kremenchuk in connection with the strike by Stanislav Pototsky on July 20, 1645, of Yuri Nemyria from the local possessions.

  3. From 1649 Vlasivka was assigned to the Chigirin regiment and received the status of the town. Then there was formed the Vlasiv Cossack hundreds and the construction of an earth fortress with a wooden palisade on the shafts began. • After the October Revolution of 1917, a part of the residents of Vlasky supported the Bolshevik government. The landowners fought in the army of S. Petliura, the insurgent detachments of Ivan Bogunsky (Sharoy) and other military formations that fought for Ukraine's independence.

  4. In 1960, Vlasivka became a town-type settlement with the subordination of the Kremenchug city council. On April 1, 1963, the village became part of Svitlovodsk City Council of Kirovograd region.

  5. Economy • In the village of Vlasivka, there are 6 industrial enterprises, 3 small enterprises, 87 private entrepreneurs, and 19 legal entities. The largest of them are: • TDV "Svetlovodskekarjeruomravlenie". Specializes in the production of sand, granite, stone-crushed stone production; • TD "Union of Dneproenergobudprom". Production of reinforced concrete frames for the construction of thermal and nuclear power plants, industrial buildings, agricultural and other buildings, reinforced concrete supports, columns, beams, etc. • PE "Victor and K". Production of sunflower oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, ready-made mustard, ketchup and other food products.
