  1. Join Our Research Team! We are recruiting 1stand 2nd year medical students to help with research in the area of critical care surgery and trauma in the laboratory of Dr. Greg Beilman. This would be a paid position ($10/hr). The hours of work may occur anytime between the hours of 4 pm and 8 am at 4 hour increments. The time commitment would be no more than 8 hours/month. Our experiments require someone to be with our study animals (pigs that are sedated and ventilated) at all times.  You would be responsible for recording data, drawing labs, spinning bloods, maintaining sedation levels and preforming other interventions as outlined in the protocol.
