Speaker From MCDA: --Language Exchange Program This program an initiative to preserve Asian culture through language and connect international students to UF.  The Language Exchange Program gives students the opportunity to learn an Asian language in a personalized one-on-one or small group setting.  Those with fluency in an Asian language will be paired with a student who is interested in learning this language.  We are currently looking for both teachers and students to participate in this program.  For more information, contact APIA Ambassador Lani Yu at LaniY@multicultural.ufl.edu Deadline to apply is November 26th.   17. 10/20 and 11/3 Kids Table to send cards to active military personnelWe will have a Kids Club table set up at both the 10/20 South Carolina game and 11/3 Missouri game for people to draw pictures and write thank you cards to send to Active Duty Military.  This will be located at FanFest, which is outside Gate 2 of the O’Connell Center beginning . • 10/31 Gator PhotosIf you have any pictures of veterans/current soldiers, etc. serving abroad (with Gator gear, Gator flags, etc. would be awesome), we would love to post those on the board during the game.  Please share with your colleagues to e-mail any pictures like this to GatorPhotos@gators.ufl.edu by October 31. • 11/17 Saluting Those Who Serve Football Game vs. Jacksonville St. • Veterans, first responders and their families and friends can get discounted tickets to the Jacksonville St. football game on 11/17.
